Randy Hill, President of RWHill Properties, announces the purchase of Saddle Ridge Estates in Baird, Texas, approximately 20 miles east of Abilene. The new home development located on the north side of Interstate 20 in Baird was formally owned by the Hanner Development Corporation.
The property was one of numerous properties owned by banks and financial institutions after the failure of Hanner Dodge in 2002. Hill purchased the recently developed upscale housing development from First National Bank Baird for an undisclosed amount.
