Randy Hill announces the purchase of the former home of Mike and Sandy Hanner in Baird, Texas, approximately 20 miles east of Abilene.
The large estate home that sits atop of Saddle Ridge Estates north of town. The home had sat vacant for more than a year while Hill made numerous attempts to purchase it and the surrounding developed property.

ABOUT RANDY HILL: Currently, Randy and his wife Chellee live in Fort Worth, Texas. An avid outdoorsman, Randy enjoys hunting, fishing and ranching. His enthusiasm for the outdoors provides insight into Randy’s thrill for what drives him in his professional endeavors. “The most satisfying part of being in business,” Randy reveals, “is the adventure.”
Hill plans to move his family from the Dallas-Fort Worth area in early 2004. Randy Hill is President of Advanced Trailer Leasing & Sales (ALT) as well as serving in a similar capacity in a newly formed APT Advanced Trailer & Equipment.
