Randy Hill, President of APT Advanced Trailer & Equipment, meets with local community leaders in Austin with Governor Rick Perry’s office to discuss local and state incentives available. The proposed project will include 200 to 300 employees and an 120,000 square foot manufacturing facility at an undisclosed location in the Abilene area.

In attendance with Hill were:

  • State Rep Bob Hunter, District 71
  • State Rep Harvey Hilderbran, District 53
  • Kevin Christian, Economic Development Director for West Texas for Gov. Perry’s Office
  • and other representatives from Baird and Clyde Economic Development Corporations.
