National Republican Congressional Committee’s Business Advisory Council Outgoing Chairman Tom Reynolds (Congressional District NY-26) announced that Randy Hill has been named as 2006 Republican of the Year from Texas.

The text of the citation reads:

“In sincere appreciation of your extraordinary commitment and generosity, this citation is presented to you as a champion of the free enterprise system and supporter of ideals of smaller government, lower taxes, and less regulation.”

“I am extremely grateful for the tremendous support that (Randy Hill) has shown our Party,” adds Chairman Reynolds. “This award could not have gone to a more deserving candidate.”

Randy Hill and his wife Chellee have lived in Baird, Texas since early 2004 with their three daughters.  An avid outdoorsman, Randy enjoys hunting, fishing and ranching.
